8 Products (8)Our seed mixes are prepared using top quality, high calorie ingredients. The mix of ingredients has been developed by experts to appeal to, and benefit, a wide range or bird species. Whilst other cheaper mixes do exist, most contain a high proportions or cereal, grass seed, lentils and split peas - all of which offer little nutritional value to wild birds. Birds will generally return to the food that offers them the highest energy source. Different species of wild birds like different foods, so if you want to attract the greatest number of species, try a wider variety of feeds and feeders. All of our seed mixes are suitable for feeding throughout the year. Information is given with each seed mix as to the most suitable method of feeding.
Peanuts
4 Products (4)Peanuts are a traditional bird food and attract a wide variety of wild birds. Our peanuts have been selected from the highest quality available on the market. Our suppliers select these peanuts only from human food stocks and are laboratory tested to ensure there are nil detectable traces of aflotoxin. This toxin is produced by a mould that can develop through the growing, harvesting, transportation and storage of peanuts in hot, humid climates and even in small quantities can be extremely harmful to wild birds.
