We deliver wild bird food and accessories nationwide across the UK, with the exception of the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, and the Isle of Wight.
If you’re in Herefordshire, we do things the old-fashioned way — we deliver to all Herefordshire postcodes ourselves in our own van, whatever the weather, completely free, with no minimum order.
Click & Collect from our store: Unit 7, Ramsden Court, Rotherwas, Hereford, HR2 6NT
We’re proud to deliver across the UK mainland, so you can keep your feeders topped up and your garden visitors well fed wherever you are. Postage is automatically worked out at checkout, based on the size and weight of your order, so you’ll always see the cost clearly before you pay.
There’s also a FREE delivery option available when your basket total is over £35 and your parcel weighs under 10kg.
Because courier charges vary, we don’t offer standard checkout rates to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, and the Isle of Wight — but we can usually still send to these areas. If you’d like a delivery price, please contact us and we’ll come straight back to you with a quote.
To help your order arrive in great condition, we pack everything carefully in strong recycled & reused packaging; sturdy, secure, and kinder to the environment, so your items stay safe from our shelves to your doorstep. We take back all packaging from our Herefordshire customer to either recycle with PediCargo or reuse if it meets our high quality packaging standards.
Dispatch times: please allow one working day for us to pick, pack, and get your order ready for dispatch.
If you’re in Herefordshire, you can enjoy FREE local delivery on every order — no minimum spend required. We deliver to all Herefordshire postcodes, using our own van, and we’ll bring your order straight to your door.
Right on the border? If you’re just outside Herefordshire but nearby, we may still be able to include you for free local delivery. Please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Local delivery days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday.
Once your order is booked in, you’ll receive an email confirming which day your delivery will arrive.
If you won’t be in, no problem — simply add special delivery instructions at checkout (for example: “leave in the porch,” “behind the bin,” or “with a neighbour”) so we can deliver safely and exactly as you’d like.
